Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Huli, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or services.

Service Description

Huli provides a digital platform for buying, selling, and redeeming gold and silver. All digital gold and silver purchased through our platform is backed by physical precious metals stored in secure, insured vaults. We act as a facilitator for precious metal transactions and custody services.

Account Registration and KYC

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting valid identity documents
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restricted access to certain features or account suspension.

Buying, Selling, and Redemption

Buying: You can purchase digital gold and silver at prevailing market rates plus applicable charges. All purchases are subject to payment confirmation.

Selling: You can sell your digital gold and silver holdings at current market rates. Proceeds will be credited to your registered bank account within the specified timeframe.

Redemption: You may request physical delivery of gold or silver subject to minimum quantity requirements, delivery charges, and applicable taxes. Redemption requests are processed within 7-15 business days.

Pricing and Fees

Our pricing includes:

Market price of gold/silver based on international rates
Service charges and transaction fees (as disclosed at the time of transaction)
GST and other applicable taxes
Storage and insurance fees (if applicable)
Delivery charges for physical redemption

All fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made through approved payment methods. We do not accept cash payments. Transactions are processed only after successful payment verification. Failed or reversed payments may result in transaction cancellation.

Market Risks

Gold and silver prices are subject to market fluctuations. The value of your holdings may increase or decrease based on market conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that investing in precious metals carries inherent risks.

Security and Storage

All physical gold and silver backing digital holdings are stored in secure, insured vaults with reputable custodians. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for stored precious metals. Storage and insurance costs may be passed on to users as per our fee structure.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the platform for money laundering or any illegal activities
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to manipulate prices or engage in fraudulent transactions
Share your account credentials with others
Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems unauthorized
Use the platform if you are under 18 years of age

Cancellation and Refunds

Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may sell your holdings at prevailing market rates. Refunds are processed only in cases of technical errors or failed transactions, subject to verification.

Limitation of Liability

Huli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from market fluctuations, service interruptions, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the value of your holdings as recorded in our system.

Regulatory Compliance

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing precious metal trading, financial services, and data protection. Users are responsible for complying with tax obligations related to their transactions.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activities, or fail to complete KYC verification. Upon termination, you may withdraw your holdings subject to verification.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
